Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• No metal industry or sales experience required; full training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn Metalware, the proprietary program.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes and manage customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain supplier and customer relationships to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to grow new accounts and hit budget targets.
• Plan and manage workload to maximize productivity.
• Review market data to identify customer needs, volume, pricing, and discounts.
• Support sales campaigns with Territory Manager to meet client goals.
