Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn proprietary program Metalware.
• Time management skills are essential.
• Basic math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engages in a high level of customer service through quotation responses, handling discrepancies, and processing orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Develops and sustains supplier and customer relationships to maintain a competitive market position.
• Collaborates with Territory Manager to identify prospects and grow new accounts to meet budgets.
• Plans and organizes workload to maximize productivity.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and discounts.
• Works with Territory Manager to support sales campaigns and achieve goals.
