Mass General Brigham is seeking an administrative support professional to assist unit-based clinicians and staff on an inpatient unit. The role coordinates patient admissions, discharges and transfers and ensures confidential information is handled appropriately.

The position collaborates with nursing to optimize patient flow, schedules tests, and maintains accurate EMR entries to support efficient throughput and high-quality care. Onsite requirement and Per Diem scheduling apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years administrative support experience required.
• Certified Health Unit Coordinator (NAHUC) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clerical duties to assist general administration of the floor/unit.
• Greet patients, families, visitors and co-workers professionally.
• Manage information at the central nursing station and throughout the unit.
