Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation in Rockville is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for our inpatient therapy department. The clinician will perform initial evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, and supervise therapy across inpatient/outpatient settings while collaborating with the care team.

Requirements include a Maryland license (CCC/SLP), BLS, and minimum 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• BA/MA/PhD in speech-language pathology from accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (1 year in setting preferred).
• Active Maryland License (CCC/SLP) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial examination and evaluation to establish diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care.
• Provide and supervise therapy interventions across rehab settings.
• Coordinate discharge planning with care team and follow-up.
