Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, and help plan discharge with the care team and families.

Responsibilities include initiating and supervising therapy, documenting progress, and coordinating care to achieve goals. Maryland licensure and BLS are required; ASHA‑certified degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified SLP with ASHA‑accredited degree.
• Active Maryland SLP license required.
• ALC/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct initial examinations, establish diagnoses and plans of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning with care team and families.
• Supervise rehab aides and ensure patient progress documentation.

Formation

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association accredited)
