Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville is seeking an experienced Speech Language Therapist (SLP) for our Outpatient team to advance our mission of healing and holistic care. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate closely with the care team.

Requirements include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland SLP licensure, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland SLP License.
• BLS certification required.
• 1-year site-specific experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform initial examinations and develop plans of care.
• Provide or supervise therapy interventions and document progress and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with care team and educate patients and families.
