Emerus Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Inpatient Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN) for the Full-Time Night Shift at our Brentwood location in Pittsburgh, PA. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered and night/night-weekend differentials apply.

The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a small-format hospital setting. The position requires an RN license, 2+ years of Telemetry/ICU experience or related healthcare experience, and BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred).

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN Telemetry/ICU or 2+ years related healthcare experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• English fluency for written and oral communication.
• Act 33/Act 73 clearances completed within the last 5 years or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-appropriate nursing care with advanced specialty knowledge.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Collect lab samples and perform testing per policy and CLIA regulations.
• Handle admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Assemble equipment for procedures and assist others.
• Comply with state Board of Nursing standards.
