Job summary

The Emerus network seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to cover PCU/Step-Down/Tele units in Carlisle, PA. You’ll assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment during night shifts, ensuring safety and quality delivery of nursing services.

Requires PA RN license, 2+ years Telemetry/ICU experience, BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related
BLS and ACLS certifications current; PALS preferred
As required by Pennsylvania law, Act 33 and Act 73 clearances may be needed

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific and specialty nursing care
Follow physician's orders in delivering nursing care
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques
Collect lab samples and perform tests per policies and CLIA/COLA regs
Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures
Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures
Adhere to state nursing standards and department policies

Skills

RN Telemetry/ICU experience

BLS & ACLS certifications

English fluency

2+ years RN experience

Education

Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma

BSN preferred
