Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to supervise inpatients, residents, and partial hospitalization patients, ensuring structured care, mealtime support, and adherence to treatment plans. You’ll work across sites, including weekends and on-call shifts, with opportunities to contribute to group programming and safety monitoring.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field, and direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required at sites with company vehicles).
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and supervision of patients.
• Maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Provide meal support and supervise meals and snacks.
• Complete documentation and observations in the EHR.
• Provide patient transportation and run related errands as needed.
• Support group facilitation and patient outings.
