Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and oversee therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities, aiming to restore function and daily living skills. The Network Float Pool spans multiple locations, following physician guidelines and regulatory standards.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supervising assistants and contributing to program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• BLS certification required.
• OT license current and in good standing (Arizona).
• Six months of recent experience preferred for float position.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintains current documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Supervises therapy assistants and aides; updates treatment plans accordingly.
• Participates in rounds, utilization reviews, and department meetings.
