Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist for its Float Pool across multiple Phoenix-area campuses, with a full-time day shift and rotating holidays/weekends. You pick 3 or more locations.

You will evaluate and treat individuals with physical disabilities, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to support discharge planning. Requirements include a Bachelor of OT, Arizona OT license, BLS, and 6 months float experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Arizona OT license in good standing required.
• 6 months float/INPATIENT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals with physical disabilities using evidence-based OT techniques.
• Develop and update plan of care with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and billing sheets.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other team members.
• Supervise OT assistants and provide guidance as needed.
• Participate in rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings.
