The OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST at HonorHealth will evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, developing care plans to restore function and daily living skills. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure timely, patient-centered care across multiple Phoenix-area locations.

Responsibilities include providing evidence-based therapy, documenting progress, and participating in rounds.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• OT License in good standing required before starting employment.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized OT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Evaluates patients and develops comprehensive plans with measurable goals and discharge plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation, billing, and communicates with care teams.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to discuss patient status and discharge needs.
• Supervises therapy assistants and supports department process improvements.
