Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Licensed OT in good standing in Arizona required per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and billing documentation.
