Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Network Float Pool, serving multiple facilities in the Phoenix area. The role involves evaluating patients with physical disabilities, planning care, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care.

The ideal candidate holds an OT degree, AZ OT license, and BLS certification, with 6 months of OT or float experience preferred. PRN site coverage available, with day shifts and outpatient responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current license as Occupational Therapist in Arizona required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan individualized OT treatment.
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and billing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Supervise therapists assistants and provide guidance to staff.
