AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking an administrative professional to support the Inpatient Practice Manager, Regional Director of Hospital-Based Services, and facility Medical Director in daily operations.

You will review financial reports, prepare expense and bonus payments, and help with staff scheduling and credentialing to ensure compliance and smooth operations. This role emphasizes strong communication and customer service within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Athena, etc.
• TJC requirements and local, state and federal regulations knowledge (Preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and people skills (Preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and suggest solutions (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supports the Inpatient Practice Manager, Regional Director of Hospital-Based Services, and facility Medical Director in daily operations.
• Reviews charge, scheduling, and financial reports to ensure appropriate physician and office reimbursement.
• Prepares check requests for Physician Expense Reports, Provider bonuses, and additional shifts worked via Reimbursement/Reconciliation form.
• Trains and assigns tasks to physician affiliate office staff as directed by Practice Manager or Regional Director of Hospital-Based Services.
• Prepares, updates, and tracks department schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage, including on-call schedules and PRN staffing.
