Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily clinical operations with physician leadership.
• Align practice goals with the organization's mission to ensure quality and service.
• Oversee staff hiring, scheduling, and HR policies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage financial controls, accounts receivable, and budgets for the practice.
• Ensure timely prescription processing, patient follow-through, and effective communication.
