Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and credentialing.
• Coordinates hiring, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Staffing, workflow, documentation, training, and operations oversight for all practices.
• Manages budgeting, productivity standards, and policy compliance.
• Oversees revenue cycle management, upfront collections, modifiers, and physician coding for claims.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains high staff engagement and performance.
