Job summary

System Support is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Unit to act as an extension of the Nurse Manager, overseeing daily staffing and clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ANM-Inpatient will lead a diverse nursing team, model professional practice, mentor staff, and participate in performance improvement activities, daily rounds, and action plans to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Specialty certifications may be required depending on unit.
• Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and serve as NM extension.
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coach and mentor the nursing team and support NM.
• Participate in rounding and drive quality improvement actions.
