Qualifications

• BSN required or BSN completion within 3 years required.
• Current: BLS
• Minimum 1–3 years RN-related experience; 2+ years preferred as RN
• Preferred: 1 year informal leadership

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing staff and act as NM extension.
• Support staffing resource management and productivity standards.
• Lead patient experience initiatives and quality action plans.
