Premier Health seeks an Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Emergency Dept. The role supports the Nurse Manager with daily supervision of the inpatient care team, promoting a high standard of nursing practice and an inclusive work environment.

Leadership presence, staff coaching, and staffing management drive patient experience and outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting. BSN required or completion within 3 years; current BLS; 1–3 years RN experience with potential informal leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required or BSN completion within 3 years.
• Current: BLS.
• Minimum 1–3 years of job-related experience; minimum 2 years as an RN.
• Preferred: 1 year of informal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of others and act as an extension of the Nurse Manager.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of the care team delivering nursing care.
• Coach and mentor the nursing staff; support staffing adequate resources.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and daily nurse leader rounding.
• Execute quality action plans to improve patient experience and outcomes.
