Job summary

Premier Health Partners in Ohio seeks an Associate Nurse Manager (Inpatient Unit) to supervise day-to-day nursing care and act as an extension of the Nurse Manager. The ANM leads a care team within the framework of AONL nursing leadership and champions a patient-centered environment.

Under NM direction, the ANM drives staffing, coaching, and quality initiatives, supports diversity, and improves patient experience through daily nurse leader rounding and action plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of others and serve as the extension of the Nurse Manager in leadership presence.
• Support the NM by coaching and mentoring the nursing team.
• Lead daily nurse leader rounding and drive quality action plans to improve patient experience and outcomes.
