Premier Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) for an Inpatient Unit. This full-time role operates nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with a 72-hour per pay schedule and reports to the Nurse Manager.

The ANM-inpatient drives patient care excellence using the AONL framework and collaborates with the NM to lead a care team, support staff development, and maintain productive staffing levels. The ANM focuses on engagement, patient experience, and quality outcomes while coaching and mentoring

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with BSN required or to be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Proof of enrollment in BSN within 6 months of hire.
• Active Ohio RN license and current BLS certification.
• Specialty certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the work of others and serve as the NM extension in leadership presence.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of the care team and ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Lead staffing resource planning within defined productivity standards.
• Support ongoing performance improvement and patient experience initiatives.
