Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid Florida RN license is required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned shift and ensure high quality, safe nursing care.
• Ensure competency of staff and effective resource management on the unit.
• Conduct staff meetings, participate in performance improvement and policy adherence.
