The role supports staffing decisions, regulatory compliance, and ongoing quality initiatives, while mentoring staff and promoting a collaborative learning culture.

You will partner with the Nurse Manager to drive patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience through evidence-based practice and effective team leadership.
