Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC I-III) to provide direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will supervise and support patients, assist with meals, and help implement therapeutic programming across multiple locations.

The role requires direct patient care experience, a behavioral health degree, and valid driver’s license. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and on-call shifts is also expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and safety checks.
• Attend to meal support and dining supervision.
• Document observations and events in the chart.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments when needed.
• Provide group facilitation and participate in outings and therapy activities.
