Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, structure, and meal support, ensuring safe and therapeutic care across sites.

You will participate in documentation in the EHR, coordinate meals, and assist with transportation as needed. The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license; ServSafe/CNA/Mental Health credentials are helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required at locations operating company vehicles.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification is preferred.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide structure and boundaries for patients; bathroom and milieu support.
• Contribute to therapeutic programming and meal support.
• Complete documentation and observation notes in the EHR.
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.
