ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator I–III to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients by providing supervision, structure, and milieu support; you will assist with mealtimes and therapeutic programming.

The role covers multiple locations, requires a flexible schedule, adherence to regulations, and accurate documentation in the EHR. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; ServSafe certification may be needed depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record is required for sites with company vehicles or driving duties.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Be willing and able to work at all ERC Pathlight local sites as assigned.
• Be compliant with certification and regulatory requirements for each practice location.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Be available to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and safety checks; de-escalation and coping skills support; room and luggage searches; supervise meals and activities.
• Group Facilitation: participate in group facilitation and document in EHR; support group outings.
• Meal Support: participate in meals and snacks; provide meal coaching and support; ensure allergy safety.
• Administrative Support: complete documentation; provide patient transportation as needed; assist with logistics like mail and supplies.
