Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Maryland is hiring a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, structure, mealtime support, and contribute to therapeutic programming across shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of direct patient care, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification may be required. Compensation ranges from $21.45 to $29 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required for applicable locations.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire) (required)

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and supervision.
• Observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Work with patients on coping skills per treatment plan.
• Meal Support: participate in meals/snacks and provide coaching.
• Documentation in EHR for group facilitation and events.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with outings as needed.
