Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, ensuring meal support and adherence to treatment plans. You will maintain structure, assist with safety checks, and document care in the EHR.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field, plus 1 year of direct patient care. A valid driver’s license and ServSafe certification may be required depending on location and licensing rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience is required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record is required where vehicles are used.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu management and follow program schedule.
• Conduct observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Assist with meals and snack support per treatment plan.
• Document patient observations and events in the EHR per standards.
• Transport patients to medical appointments when needed.
• Support group activities and outings within facility requirements.
