Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You will supervise patients, support meals, and help implement treatment plans with a focus on safety and compassion.

The role requires flexibility to work at multiple sites, along with a valid driver’s license where needed, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Training and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have direct patient care experience
• Ability to provide milieu and meal support
• Ability to documentObservations and meals in EHR
• Group facilitation and transport support experience
• Drive safely with valid license where required
• Washington state credential may be required where applicable
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on location

Responsibilities

• Provide care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients
• Offer mealtime support and monitor dietary needs
• Maintain program structure and conduct observation rounds
• Document events and patient observations in EHR
• Assist with transportation for medical appointments or community outings
• Support meal services and allergy safety protocols
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with standards
