Job summary

Eating Recovery Center, Denver campus, seeks a Program Coordinator to provide direct patient care in inpatient and residential settings. You will maintain daily structure, supervise de-escalation, and support meal-related coaching in alignment with treatment plans.

The role requires a HS diploma, driver’s license where applicable, ServSafe if required, and 6+ months in behavioral health, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required at locations with vehicles).
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state licensing.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of six months of experience in behavioral health (required).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and supervision of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide meal support and supervise meals and snacks.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for patient care and safety.
• Transport patients to appointments as needed and support group activities.
