Qualifications

• Experience with revenue cycle processes and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
• Knowledge of Official Coding Guidelines and coding accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Review complex inpatient documentation to assign ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure codes align with Official Coding Guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards (≥95% quality, ≥100% productivity).
• Collaborate with CDI and QA teams to match DRG and reimbursement.
