Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
Proven experience serving on a school leadership team or equivalent.
Valid State Teaching Certification.
Current Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification.

Responsibilities

Serve on the school leadership team to shape the school's academic vision and goals.
Act as liaison between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align with district goals.
Attend all 10 mandated innovative teacher trainings and professional development workshops.
Mentor new and developing educators and provide instructional coaching.
Model advanced instructional strategies including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.
