Attend all 10 specialized innovative teacher trainings; after-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

Serve actively on the school leadership team to shape the school's academic vision, culture, and strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and ensure alignment with district goals.
Translate district curriculum changes into actionable classroom strategies for peers.
