The role blends digital development with traditional modalities to deliver outcomes that enhance performance across Fidelity’s programs. The candidate will partner with Business Leaders and Talent Product Owners on large-scale initiatives, lead complex projects with tight timelines, and advocate for user-centered, outcome-based design across Fidelity's enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, UX design, or front-end development.
• Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, XD or Figma).
• Experience designing interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects under tight timelines.
• Advocating for user-centered design and outcome-based thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and build innovative digital learning approaches for Fidelity's programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Product Owners and business leaders on plans for large-scale initiatives.
