You will apply advanced facilitation methods to drive measurable learning outcomes, partnering with HR and business leaders to tailor programs that align with strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, credibility with audiences, and the ability to influence decision-makers through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelors or equivalent with 8 years of experience, or Masters with 6 years.
• Specialized Experience - formal instructor-led facilitation in the Learning/Talent industry – combined with continuous professional development.
• Certifications – preference for candidates with certifications in a variety of learning programs and development assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-impact learning events (live and virtual) at all levels using advanced facilitation techniques.
• Build relationships through consulting, risk mitigation, and follow up to ensure learning is applied.
• Work cross-functionally with learning professionals and project teams to tailor solutions.
• Advise leaders and HR to clarify learning needs that support growth and align priorities.
• Contribute to and build capabilities in facilitation, engagement and inclusive practices.
