Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to transform complex information into engaging learning experiences that boost performance across teams, clients, and retail partners.

You will design and deliver virtual, eLearning, and multimedia programs, create job aids and reference materials, and develop resources that build frontline and management competency. This role emphasizes collaboration, modern learning tech, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in a corporate, retail, or educational environment.
Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
Experience with video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs that support business objectives.
Design training materials including, job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive learning assets.
Develop learning materials that build confidence and competency for both frontline and management teams.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes.
Explore emerging learning technologies and digital solutions to modernize training experiences.
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.
Work closely with clients, subject matter experts, operations leaders, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
Support compliance-related training initiatives for retail teams and ensure training programs align with organizational standards.
Coordinate training projects from concept through implementation and follow-up, ensuring successful execution and adoption.
