Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Principal Facilitator to lead and design high-impact learning engagements across the organization, both live and virtual. You will consult with leaders, tailor solutions for complex needs, and advance inclusive facilitation practices in a cross-functional team environment.

You will independently own programs, apply adult-learning principles, and leverage data to measure impact, influencing decisions with senior stakeholders in a collaborative Fidelity Learning Team.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s or equivalent with 8 years of experience or Master’s with 6 years of experience.
• Specialized Experience - formal instructor-led facilitation in the Learning/Talent industry – combined with continuous professional development.
• Other learning/certifications – preference for candidates with certifications in a variety of learning programs and development assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating high-impact learning engagements (live and virtual) at all levels of the organization using advanced facilitation techniques.
• Building relationships through effective consulting, risk mitigation, and follow up to ensure learning is applied and measurable.
• Working cross-functionally with learning professionals and project teams to tailor solutions for complex learning needs.
• Advising leaders and HR to clarify learning needs that support growth and alignment with priorities.
• Contributing to and building the organization’s capabilities in facilitation, engagement and inclusive practices.
• Works independently and leads programs ensuring outcomes are delivered.
• Uses data to influence decision makers and measure learning impact.
• Communicates decisions effectively to key stakeholders.
