Generous Brands is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation to drive the next generation of Health-Ade products. You will translate consumer needs, category trends, and priorities into winning concepts, owning projects from concept to shelf with partners across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Legal.

You will refine concepts, build business cases, lead cross-functional meetings, and manage launch details to deliver successful products.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of brand marketing, innovation, or product development.
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional partners.
• Strong project-management skills with multi-workstream leadership.
• Experience using consumer insights and marketplace trends.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with pricing and margins exposure.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch.
• Experience supporting integrated product launches and activations.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate data into recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor trends and identify opportunities aligned with Health-Ade priorities.
• Lead development and refinement of concepts including proposition and packaging.
• Translate research into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Lead marketing workstream through commercialization with cross-functional partners.
• Develop launch plans with marketing, eCommerce, PR, and sales teams.
• Develop business cases with pricing, volume, costs, and margins.
