Job summary

Generous Brands is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation to drive the next generation of Health-Ade products. You will partner with the Director of Innovation to translate consumer needs and trends into winning concepts, leading projects from concept through shelf-ready launch.

You will coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Insights, Design, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure timely, on-budget initiatives that strengthen the brand's pipeline and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications reflect 2+ years in brand marketing, innovation, or product development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation concepts from ideation to commercialization and launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Consumer Insights, Design, Legal, and Regulatory.
• Develop business cases, pricing, cost, margins, and financial opportunity for projects.
• Own launch planning: cross-functional alignment, activations, and implementation.
