You will drive brand growth and lead product innovation from concept through launch, shaping strategy and translating consumer insights into actionable opportunities across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of brand management experience in CPG, with both established and emerging food/beverage brands.
• Proven track record in product innovation and commercialization from concept to launch.
• Experience managing stage-gate processes and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and annual/long-range plans to grow distribution, velocity, and portfolio performance.
• Manage end-to-end product innovation, including consumer insights, testing, development, packaging, and go-to-market.
• Develop scalable innovation processes with clear milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate market data (SPINS/Nielsen) into actionable growth and renovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to create compelling narratives and sell-in materials for existing and new products.
• Oversee packaging development and ensure labeling claims meet regulatory requirements.
• Track budgets, ROI, and ensure high-quality execution across projects.
