You’ll own projects from concept through commercialization, partnering across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regulatory to bring strong ideas to shelf.

The role emphasizes consumer insight, business case development, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment. Travel is minimal; FLSA exempt full-time.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, innovation, product development, or related field.
• Strong project-management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer needs and trends into compelling products.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
