Job summary

Domino Group is seeking a DP Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products. Responsibilities include on-site and remote support as well as maintaining service records. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with complex equipment and strong communication skills.

This position is field-based and requires travel throughout North America. Competitive compensation between $75,000 - $90,000 based on qualifications. Company benefits include health plans, a generous 401(k), and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience with frequent travel away from home Monday-Friday required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on operation, repair, and maintenance of printing products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate service records.
• Submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
