This role involves providing technical support for Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products at customer sites and requires significant travel. Candidates should have strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience and excellent communication skills.

The position offers a competitive salary between $75,000 - $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health plans, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience with frequent travel away from home Monday-Friday required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino Digital Inkjet products.
• Maintain accurate service records in SMax.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by obtaining customer signatures on service visit reports.
