Job summary

Domino Amjet in the United States seeks a DP Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for digital inkjet printing systems. You will perform operation, repair, and preventive maintenance at customer sites, travel frequently, and maintain meticulous service records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of field service experience.
• 3+ years troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Inkjet printing experience is a plus and label industry exposure a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required and willingness to travel Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products.
• Deliver remote/telephone support to sites across North America.
• Initiate proactive maintenance actions for customers.
• Provide feedback on escalated actions and maintain service records.
• Build customer relationships and promote Domino products.
