Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment and manage customer relations with a focus on uptime and retention. This role requires travel to customer sites across the United States and delivering on-site technical training.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience and at least 2 years of field service experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment across the territory.
• Onsite training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per production schedules.
