Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a DP Field Service Engineer to support Domino Digital Inkjet Printing systems on-site and remotely across North America.

The role requires 3+ years of electro-mechanical troubleshooting, field travel Monday–Friday, and a valid driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience, with a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment (Inkjet experience a plus).
• Travel Monday–Friday is required; valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino Digital Inkjet Printing products on-site.
• Provide telephone/remote technical support for equipment across North America.
• Initiate preventative maintenance and proactive actions for customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and timesheets.
• Develop customer relationships and promote Domino products.
