Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide field service for Domino printing equipment. You will travel to customer sites across the territory, deliver onsite training, diagnose issues, and ensure uptime aligned with production schedules.

Ideal candidates have an electronics background, 2+ years in field service, and strong communication while building lasting customer relationships. Field-based role with US travel and after-hours support opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations including customers, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites in the territory with regular travel.
• Provide onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize uptime according to schedules.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours, weekends and holidays on call.
• Manage customer relationships with a focus on retention and growth.
• Collaborate with sales and other areas to deliver value to customers.
