Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to deliver field service for Domino printing equipment across the United States. The role involves travel to customer sites, providing technical training, and proactive account management to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 2+ years in field service, an associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites and Domino offices within the territory.
• Provide field service and on-site training for Domino equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime per schedule.
• Provide telephone technical support, including after-hours on-call.
