Domino Amjet is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to deliver field service for Domino printing equipment across the United States. You will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and ensure equipment uptime through proactive maintenance.

Travel to sites and conduct on-site training, with after-hours support as needed. A strong electronics background and customer-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites and Domino offices to provide field service.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain Domino printing equipment at customer locations.
• Provide onsite training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
